“Puglia sul Mare” is a Holiday Home on the territory of Monopoli. It extends over an entire apartment of approximately 100 m² on the ground floor of a private building. It has been recently restored and dates back to the first 20 years of the 20th century. In the “Holiday Home Formula” you can enjoy the whole house in full autonomy; double bedroom in the classic style; sitting room with modern furniture and fireplace Decor; built-in kitchen with the use of dishes; hallway garden with washing machine; bathroom with tub/shower.

All the rooms are characterized by cross vaults and thick walls, which help to give their guests a naturally cooler or warmer stay depending on the season.

The elegant accommodation is equipped with summer air conditioning with remote control fans in all rooms, although not very necessary because of the characteristic Apulian walls of the past.

A flat-screen TV is placed in the living room and the other in the kitchen, the latter is equipped with an induction hob, oven, and refrigerator + crockery and various accessories.

Puglia sul Mare is a Holiday Home located 1 minute driving from the city center of Monopoli or 10 of pleasant walk. The nearest free or private beaches are just a 5-minute walk away.

Accessory services such as; cleaning, trio of towels, sheets are included in the booking cost but “not the tourist tax” of 1 euro per person per night which are delivered upon arrival.

Puglia sul Mare offers a stay in Formula Holiday Home particularly convenient even because it guarantees the certainty of parking. It is therefore perfect for those who, returning from a leisure evening out, want to sleep to enjoy the sea the following morning.

The couples who have lived there have appreciated the strategic position for the simplified access to the road junctions to go out of the city (Polignano a Mare, Castellana Grotte, Alberobello, Ostuni, Cisternino ..) which is located a few hundred meters, past the underpass for Viale Aldo Moro.

The nearest airport is Bari-Karol Wojtyla, 60 km away and the station is only 800 meters away.

Dear Guest, the rules to be observed in our apartment are not only those sanctioned by the law, but, more simply, they are dictated by common sense and mutual respect. These rules may perhaps be excessive, but we want to consider them as useful suggestions to guarantee a peaceful, quiet, and surprises-free stay.

ARRIVAL: Except for your particular needs, Check-in must be done from 2.30 pm to 10.00 pm. Please inform us of your arrival time when booking (including any delays); Upon arrival, you will have to give us an identity document (identity card, passport, or driving license) required by current legislation, which will be promptly returned to you. Your data is processed in accordance with the current privacy legislation. The data that will come into our possession are exclusively those transmitted voluntarily by users through forms, emails, faxes or telephone calls to request the services offered. Their use is reserved exclusively for the relative request for availability/reservation, they will not be transferred to third parties and you can request cancellation at any time by contacting us.

KEYS: It will be a pleasure for us to give you the keys to our apartment as long as you keep them carefully and undertake to keep them with care. In case of loss of the same, we will be forced to impose a penalty for the change of the locks in the amount of 50 €.

DEPARTURE: Check-Out must take place by 10.00 am unless special agreements are made at the time of check-in with the property's Host. We would like to inform you that after 10.00 am without the apartment being vacated, it could cause organizational problems for subsequent guests. So it is suggested to avoid this disrespect to the detriment of our image, even considering one extra day of the holiday. In this way, you will be able to "responsibly plan the last evening before departure". And, returning at appropriate times you will be able to check-in as established, without creating coordination obstacles to the accommodation.

CLEANING OF THE PROPERTY: The apartment is handed to customers with a certain order. The return of the keys by the Customer WILL BE PRECEDED BY A SHORT INSPECTION by the Host in order to check for any theft or damage that will be counted and consequently deducted from the deposit "if" paid at arrival or, otherwise, compensated. Outgoing customers will have to leave the property in order before their departure.
