Puglia sul Mare is a Holiday Home which is extended over an entire apartment of about 100 m² on the ground floor of a private building. It has been recently restored and dates back to the early 20s of the 1900s. In this “Bed Suite Formula” because of the notable spaces available, you can take advantage of the similar comforts of a hotel suite.
You benefit from a double bedroom in classic style, living room with modern furniture with fireplace Decor, and private bathroom.
The whole rooms are characterized by cross vaults and thick walls, which help to give their guests a naturally cooler or warmer stay, depending on the season.
The accommodation in the Bed Suite Fomula is elegant and air-conditioned, equipped with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables; a flat-screen TV in the living room, and a nice bathroom with tub/shower.
The breakfast “not included”, can however be delivered at home “on personal request” at the bar located in front of “Puglia sul Mare“. The Host can also arrange the order at your expense.
The apartment is located a 1-minute drive from the center of Monopoli or a pleasant 10-minute walking. The nearest free or private beaches are just a 5-minute walk away.
Accessory services such as; cleaning, a trio of towels, sheets are included in the booking cost but “not the tourist tax” of 1 euro per person per night which are delivered upon arrival.
Puglia sul Mare offers a particularly comfortable stay in the Bed Suite Formula even because it guarantees the certainty of parking. It is, therefore, perfect for those who returning from a leisure evening out, want to sleep to enjoy the sea the following morning.
The couples who lived there appreciated the strategic position for the simplified access to the road junctions to go out of the city and reach other lovely places (Polignano a Mare, Castellana Grotte, Alberobello, Ostuni, Cisternino ..). And, it is found a few hundred meters away, once past the underpass for the circumvallation of Viale Aldo Moro.
The nearest airport is Bari-Karol Wojtyla Airport, 60 km away and the railway station is only 800 meters away.

Dear Guest, the rules to be observed in our apartment are not only those sanctioned by the law, but, more simply, they are dictated by common sense and mutual respect. These rules may perhaps be excessive, but we want to consider them as useful suggestions to guarantee a peaceful, quiet and surprises-free stay.
ARRIVAL: Except for your particular needs, check-in must be done from 2.30 pm to 10.00 pm. Please inform us of your arrival time when booking (including any delays); Upon arrival you will have to give us an identity document (identity card, passport or driving license) required by current legislation, which will be promptly returned to you. Your data is processed in accordance with the current privacy legislation. The data that will come into our possession are exclusively those transmitted voluntarily by users through forms, emails, faxes or telephone calls to request the services offered. Their their use are reserved exclusively for the relative request for availability / reservation, they will not be transferred to third parties and you can request cancellation at any time by contacting us.
KEYS: It will be a pleasure for us to give you the keys to our apartment as long as you keep them carefully and undertake to keep them with care. In case of loss of the same we will be forced to impose a penalty for the change of the locks in the amount of 50 €.
DEPARTURE: Check-Out must take place by 10.00 am, unless special agreements are made at the time of check-in with the property's Host. We would like to inform you that after 10.00 am without the apartment being vacated, it could cause organizational problems for subsequent guests. So it is suggested to avoid this disrespect to the detriment of our image, even considering one extra day of holiday. In this way, you will be able to "responsibly plan the last evening before departure". And, returning at appropriate times you will be able to check-in as established, without creating coordination obstacles to the accommodation.
CLEANING OF THE PROPERTY: The apartment is handed to customers with a certain order. The return of the keys by the Customer WILL BE PRECEDED BY A SHORT INSPECTION by the Host in order to check for any theft or damage that will be counted and consequently deducted from the deposit "if" paid at arrival or, otherwise, compensated. Outgoing customers will have to leave the property in order before their departure.
