Actually, It has cross vaults and thick walls which help to keep the summer stay fresh and pleasant for their own guests. It looks like a sort of city “trullo” because of its architectural features but equipped with today’s comforts.
The detached house is suitable for spending holidays in Monopoli for exclusive comforts such as; a spacious double bedroom, an equally large and elegant entrance hall with LED TV and Décor fireplace; a comfortable kitchen with masonry worktop well equipped with oven, induction cooker, refrigerator, LED TV and all the dishes as to feel at home.
The bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub/shower and bidet. You also find an outdoor garden as a hallway with an additional sink and washing machine; here you can smoke outside. Additional cleaning services, trio of towels, sheets are included in the booking cost but “not the tourist tax” of 1 euro per person per night that are delivered upon arrival.
